Payments are dependent on the terms and conditions provided in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) of both parties.
Can you guide us through the design process?

- – is the thorough and systematic evaluation of the interrelated values, goals, facts and client’s need and surrounding community.

- – involves sketches and drawings for client’s review and approval. Once approved, preliminary estimate of construction cost will be discussed and design developmental phase begins.
