The ALMANA Construction and Development Corporation (ACDC) is a member of the 14-company ALMANA Group of Companies, companies involved in businesses and industries as varied as the people who are in them. With interests ranging from consumer goods , manufacturing, distribution, logistics, financing, media , creative, agriculture, food service, investment management, power generation, and construction.
ACDC was established in 2014 by partners and alliances of Aldrtz Corporation and ALMANA to serve and cater to the growing need for construction services, bringing the ALMANA consistent values of quality, business integrity, and customer satisfaction to the service and operation we provide.
ACDC is primarily involved in the identification, evaluation, bidding, servicing, project control and management, and post construction evaluation of government contracts in terms of financial obligations and costs.
Under the ALMANA Construction Management Group, ACDC participates in the bidding or contracting of government projects in Region 6 but has contracts under finalization in the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao areas.
ACDC as a development corporation which tends to organize a group of professional scientist, architect, planners, economists and engineers to cater the urgent need for synergistic and holistic solutions to inherent problems involving planning, architectural, engineering and environmental services projects of clients. Because of their interdisciplinary nature, engineering cum environmental projects necessarily require comprehensive and total analysis of their system components in order to formulate and develop strategies, plans, designs and workable implementable solutions in accordance with clients needs.
Although relatively new as a constructor and development, our firm can proudly stand on its credentials through its roster of technical staffs who have establish a long and proven track record of integrity and professionalism to various clients.
The ACDC also provides the necessary skilled manpower, aggregates, and equipment either through its centralized equipment and logistics office or through supplier partnership and subcontractors as required by the complexity and size of the project.
